Samples can be requested for custom orders and events. The quotes for these samples will be based on the labor and materials utilized. 

Floral orders cancelled within 8 hours of event/order date will incur a 50% cancellation penalty. There is a two hour window of delivery for all floral orders and guest must be checked in and on property with a suite assigned. Deliveries made with DO NOT DISTURB placards on doors will be re-scheduled for re-delivery at recipients request.
