Delivery Guidelines

• ✔ Guests must be checked in to their suite for delivery. We are unable to deliver before check-in.
• ✔ Orders are delivered within 2 hours after check-in, between 10am-6pm.
• ✔ Guests that check in after daily delivery times will have their orders delivered the following morning between 10a-12p.
• ✔ Same day delivery on orders received by 4pm, but we recommend calling to confirm 866-395-4345.
• ✔ A message will be left at suites with a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger (DND), informing the guest to call for re-delivery.
• ✔ If you have ordered a Suite Experience please be sure you have read our About Page before booking.
• ✔ Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery date will receive a 50% refund.
• ✔ $9.00 delivery charge will be withheld for cancelled orders.
