For custom orders, samples can be requested. Quotes for samples will be based on labor and product used. Upon booking, 50% of the cost of samples will be applied to contract. It is nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy
Floral orders cancelled within 8 hours of event/order date will incur a 50% cancellation penalty. There is a two hour window of delivery for all floral orders and guest must be checked in and on property with a suite assigned. Deliveries made with DO NOT DISTURB placards on doors will be re-scheduled for re-delivery at recipients request.
