    Thank you for choosing custom made bakery treats. We take pride in crafting high-quality products and ensuring guest satisfaction. However, please be aware of the following important terms regarding delivery and refunds before ordering:

1. **Delivery Policy**: We strive to deliver all orders promptly and in excellent condition. However, if delivery cannot be completed due to multiple factors including but not limited to privacy signs (DND's) present on suite door, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to issue a full refund for the order.

2. **Guest Responsibility**: It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated window. If the recipient isn't in the suite with the Privacy sign present, we will call the suite and leave a message and leave a call back card under the door. If the Floral dept doesn't receive a call back we are unable to refund perishable items.

3. **Refund Policy**: While we are dedicated to guest satisfaction, the inability to deliver an order as specified does not warrant a full refund. Instead, we may offer a partial refund or a credit towards a future purchase.
